The New Day Club is operated by The New Day Club Inc. whose Board of Directors consists of 9 members with 3 new members elected to succeed 3 directors at the corporation's annual meeting.
Membership in New Day is limited to members of Alcoholics Anonymous with a minimum of 30 days of continuous sobriety. Membership must be recommended by a member in good standing of The New Day Club.
